Terms of Use

Last updated: 11 October 2026

ONE LEVEL — ABSOLUTE is a free browser game published under the AresX Technologies name. These terms cover the game, playonelevel.com and the public leaderboard. By using them, you agree to the rules below. If you do not agree, please stop using the site and game.

Playing the game

You may play the game for your own personal entertainment. There is no charge to play the current version. The game is intentionally difficult, and progress, local settings or records saved in your browser may be lost if you clear browser data, change devices or if the service changes.

Leaderboard rules

We may remove a leaderboard entry that appears invalid, abusive or unfair. The leaderboard uses server-side checks, but a browser game cannot guarantee that every attempt to cheat will be detected. Rankings and records may be corrected when necessary.

Ownership and sharing

The game’s code, level design, artwork, sound, name and visual identity belong to their respective rights holders. You may share your own gameplay screenshots, clips and streams, but you may not copy, rehost, sell or redistribute the game or its assets without permission. Other names and trademarks belong to their owners.

Availability and responsibility

The site and game are provided free of charge and may be changed, interrupted or taken offline. We cannot promise uninterrupted service, compatibility with every device, permanent score storage or a particular leaderboard position. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits a right or remedy that the law does not allow us to limit.

Changes and contact

These terms may change as the game develops. The date at the top shows when they were last revised. For questions or a leaderboard removal request, email support@playonelevel.com.
